Dear Competitor………Please read the following…..
Rider's race numbers are listed below.
Number boards and numbers will be provided to all riders at signing on. This board must be fitted with cable ties (provided) to the front of the bike.
All riders must sign on from 8.00am up to 10.00am on Sunday 23 rd November.
The race will start at 10.30am and run for 3 full hours. (weather permitting. the race may be shortened by the organisers)
The course will be marked with orange directional arrows and red and white track tape.
Course cutting will result in immediate exclusion.
NEVER travel the wrong way on the circuit, even if in distress or with a broken bicycle…Help will come to you!
Whilst on any PUBLIC road sections (very minimal...ie.half mile) YOU must comply with the HIGHWAY CODE.
The winner in each class will be the rider that has completed the most laps in the time allowed.
It is the rider's responsibility to present and ride a fully maintained bicycle.
Catering and toilets will be at the event start and finish area.
Camping is NOT available …..This will change at further events.
Helmets and protective wear MUST be worn at all times whilst competition is in progress.
2 Drink stations will be present on the route.
Please park in an orderly fashion in the Forest and comply with all marshals and officials instructions.
Please take ALL LITTER home with you.
The lap scoring area is a WALKING PACE AREA.
All children are to be supervised in the forest at all times.
All dogs to be kept on a leash at all times.
Outside assistance/rider swapping/machine swapping is NOT permitted.
Results and trophies etc will be at the signing on area at approx 2.00pm
